Brief Description: Installed the Instrument Panel in the Aircraft
Installed the Instrument Panel in the Aircraft. I attached all of the cables except the cable to the transponder tray. This one I'll have to attach while somebody holds the panel on their lap and screws in the 4-40 connector retaining screws while I hold the connector in place from the rear. This one connector shares the hub connection with the wires from the ADS-B which were installed in the aircraft earlier. Next step is to connect all of the accompanying cable wires to their final locations and to install the needed terminal strips on the aft bulkhead of the baggage compartment. Now that the panel is in place, I will be better able to conceptualize the locations for mounting equipment ans supports on the structures forward of the panel. I also need to figure out how I need to mount the AHRS in the space available behing the panel.
