Brief Description: Replaced the Flap Control Rod mounting nuts
Replaced the Flap Control Rod mounting nuts from the AN365-428 to the thin nut AN365-428. Two washers now fit on the stud and there was still 1-2 threads visible past the nut.
I fit the Right Flap to the wing and ran the flap throughout its range. There was still a slight bit of contact with the outboard edge of the hole. I placed a washer on the outboard side of the upper Flap Control Rod where it bolts to the Flap Actuator Arm. This seemed to improve the positioning of the rod throughout its travel.
