Brief Description: Modified the Fuel Filter Mount for Better Access
Modified the Fuel Filter Mount for Better Access to the Adel Clamp bolts. Using a 4" aluminum angle, I attached two nutplates for the clamps and one additional nutplate to be used for an adel clamp to be used to secure an adjacent fuel line. I match drilled the other side of the angle to the already installed filter mount. The new angle is bolted to the installed angle using the nuplates that were prior used for the adel clamps. With this modification, the filter adel clamps now have their bolts mounted vertically on top of the assembly instead of horizontally near the floor under the clamps.
