Brief Description: Installed 6D Bulkhead Fitting in F-802A-L
Installed 6D Bulkhead Fitting in F-802A-L for the return fuel flow hose. Installed the straight 6D fitting on the wrenchless Aeroquip hose. This not an easy way of making a fuel hose! Even though the method seems simple. Cut hose. Push fitting into hose. Install new fuel line. The pushing of the fitting onto the hose is quite hard and further complicated should the fitting have a bend. The last 1/4" is a bear. In the end, the hose is rated for 250 psi, plenty for the return line.
