The -4 hinge arrived from ACS. Cut the new hinge to the replacement length of the current wing flap hinge half. The mounting worked well for edge distance. The hinge was drilled, deburred and the flap brace was countersunk with the hinge in place as a pilot guide for the countersink cutter. The left flap is ready for final attachment later when the bottom skins are riveted.
