Brief Description: Made a Drift pin for the wing attachment
Yesterday, I bought some 7/16" Grade 8 bolts from the aircraft section of Lowe's. I ground a taper in a 6" bolt to use it as a drift pin to guide the hole lineup of the center spar and the wing spar when they are mated. So as to decrease the chance of marring the spars, I slightly ground the threads off of the 4" long 7/16" bolts I'll use to hold the wings in place. There will be only two bolts used per wing for the temporary attachment.
