Brief Description:  Installed bilateral Static Sensor ports on aft fus

Installed bilateral Static Sensor ports on aft fuselage. Drilled #40 holes 1" forward of the F-809 bulkhead and 4" down from the Upper longeron. The static ports are pulled rivets. After pulling the rivet, I tapped the mandrel out of the center, resulting in a hollow center. A 1/8" I.D. plastic tubing is connected to each port. The right port tubing was secured to the F-809B bulkhead with zip ties and connected to a t-piece. Similarly, the 1/8" I.D. plastic tubing from the left port was connected to the t-piece. I didn't like just pushing the tubing onto the t-piece. Therefore, I gently twisted some safety wire over the tubing at the connection. RTV was smeared over the tubing connections at the ports and the t-piece to insure a good seal. The 1/4" O.D. polypropylene tubing was routed forward under the upper longeron. It will be secured later when the top skin is installed. I had to drill some holes in the center section bulkheads to pass the tubing to the area of the instrument panel. I drilled these holes to 3/4" and put some SB750-9 snap bushings in the holes. This will give my space for future wire routing.
