Brief Description: Fixed the F-808 bulkhead installation error
Fixed the F-808 bulkhead installation error. The aft top skin lines up correctly with the F-808B bulkhead and can be clecoed without problems.
Riveted a small angle to the bottom aft skin between the F-807 and F-808 bulkheads to decrease the chance of the aft skin "oil canning". This area is quite floppy and prone to producing oil canning noise during taxiing. At the suggestion of a Van's design engineers, I put RVT underneath and on the ends of the angle to reduce the risk of damage to the skins from the angle during movements of the skin.
