Brief Description: Fabricated F-866 door opening doubler
A doubler was measured and cut from the 0.032" 6061 T-6 aluminum sheet in a similar fashion to the F-866 bulkhead fo open up the center. The F-866 and the doubler were clamped together and the edges were filed so that the doubler was not sticking out from behind the F-866.
Drilled some #40 pilot holes and clecoed the f-866 and the doubler together.
