Finished the T-405 pieces by Scotchbrite buffing the edges.
Drilled #30 holes in the T-405s for the rivets.
Clamped the T-410 to the inside of the inboard tank rib (T-703-L/R) while the T-405 piece was on the outside. Matched drilled to the earlier #30 holes in the T-405.
Deburred the holes and surface converted the pieces
Matched hole drilled the leading edge spar/nose rib holes with the 12" #30 drill that I had ordered for this task. This kept me from scuffing the ribs with the drills chuck.
