Brief Description: Installed the Cowl Flap Mechanism on Firewall
Installed the Cowl Flap Mechanism on Firewall. The mechanism is a rod with arms welded on place to attach the Linear Actuator and the Cowl Flap Linkages. The mechanism's threaded ends are inserted into bearing assemblies the are bolted to the firewall. A nut and a locking nut secure the mechanism in the bearing assembly.
