Brief Description: Glued a Stiffener in the Right Wing Tip
Glued a Stiffener in the Right Wing Tip. There was an area of sagging present after the original stiffeners were installed in the tip. I attached a short dowel to the inferior of the area that was sagging, using super glue and an accelerator. This lifted the area to a better shape. Micro filets was applied to the dowel and a single layer of glass was applied over the dowel. After all was done, the shape was much improved and seemed to be stable. Therefore, the tip was screwed in place, on the wing's end, using #6 Torx head screws.
