Brief Description:  Adjusted the Max and Min Propeller PRM

Adjusted the Max and Min Propeller PRM. That went well. Needed to hold the aircraft in place with the aid of my truck because the brakes where not broken in. But after a couple of full power runs, there was the start of a rattling as the engine ran at and somewhat above the idle RPM. This rattling was not present during earlier runs with the idle propeller RPM set to the suggested 700 RPM. It was similar to the gear chatter that occurred when the propeller RPM was below the recommended 700 RPM prior to the idle being adjusted.. I'll need to find some answers to this new development. One possibility that I am rather hoping is the cause of the chattering is that the propeller's needs to be balanced. I have started to make arrangements to have the propeller balanced as a way of eliminating this as the source of the gear chatter.

In the following video, you can hear the chatter decrease with increased RPMs and become more accentuated at the lower RPMs.

This video shows first max power application of the engine.
