Brief Description: Attempted to Adjust the Maximum Propeller Speed
Attempted to Adjust the Maximum Propeller Speed but failled to get very far due to the brakes not being able to hold the aircraft in place at more then about 2200 RPM. This is not a failure in the braking system. It is just that the brakes have not been seasoned. Once they have been seasoned from use, they will be fine. Untill then, I need to tie the aircraft down to keep the aircraft in place. Using a tow strap and my vehicle should do just fine.
