Brief Description:  Tested and Adjusted the Autopilot Roll Servo

Tested and Adjusted the Autopilot Roll Servo. As installed, the servo was not moving throughout its full range and was tripping the clutch. Called GRT for advise. They identified the problem as being that the linkage arm that I received from TruTrak needed to be adjusted in extention. This allows the servo arm to be positioned nearly vertical while the linkage is connected to the band tightened onto the control tube that moves laterally with stick inputs. I was not aware of this adjustment ability as it was not mentioned in the instructions and the linkage looks like a continuous piece until you look closely. There wasn't any jam nuts on the linkage so I added one before making the adjustment. The servo now moves freely throughout its full range without any concerns for it going over center.

Tried to bend some fuel line to connect the right tank to the fuselage. Some of the bends were too hard to make within the space allowed. I ordered some right angle AN fuel fittings to make installation easier.

Re-installed the floor panels removed for the wings installation.

Installed a 15 Amp fuse for the heated seats.
