Brief Description: Sanded the UV Smooth Prime on the Wing Tips
Sanded the UV Smooth Prime on the Wing Tips using foam blocks with progress grits from 60 - 120.
Installed 1/4" dowel rods inside the tips to stiffen flexing sections of the tips' skins. filler was applied along the sticks lengths to form a fillet before glassing. Nine oz. Fiberglass tape was layed over the installed sticks.
The tips wre sprayed with Poly Fiber White Epoxy Primer to seal and protect the tips until they receive their final painting from a real painter.
