Brief Description:  Re-attached/Reinforced Coolant Ducts

Re-attached/Reinforced Coolant Ducts because I needed to recut the ducts differently to accommodate the installion of PSRU Blast Tubes in the duct walls to cool the PSRU. Used 2 layed of 9 oz. glass and peel ply and fast epoxy.
