Brief Description:  Removed AVCS from Both Sides of Engine

Removed AVCS from Both Sides of Engine. Discovered that the geared Pulleys are secured to the ACVS using size M30 five lobe socket head bolts.

When we tried to mate the AVCS Hockey Puck shaped Modification to the gear Pulley, the drilled and threaded holes did not line up.
