Brief Description: Assembled the Cowl Flap Bearings
Assembled the Cowl Flap Bearings. Made a firewall doubler for the bearing assemblies. Will use this one as a template for the other bearing assembly doubler. I used 0.040" 5056 aluminum for the doubler. I will be bending the edges for stiffness after drilling the firewall to the doublers.
The machinist completed the corrections to milled AVCS replacement part and he assembled it without any problems. He is shipping it back today.
