Cut, Sanded and Shaped the Oil Cooler Inlet Plug. After much work shaping the plug, I decided that the plug may work with much more work but I wasn't convinced that it was the right path for what I needed to achieve.
I had the idea of forrming a simple box from the oil cooler face to the inlet using the 8.5" x 5.5" measurement of the oil cooler face and the desired 7" x 5" opening of the Inlet. I cut and glued the foam to size. I'll pursue this route tomorrow.
