Layed 2 Ply 9oz Glass Transverse the Cowl Bottom after finishing the foam shaping, taping the foam with packing tape and applying a coat of car wax as a releasing agent. I will be laying the bottom glass in stages as I slowing figure out the process and the final shape. Right now, this layer of glass will connect the sides to each other and start to give the bottom of the cowling a fit shape. Next, I'll lay some glass from the aft end of this layup to the firewall on both sides. Then I will need to work on forming an acceptable transition from the cowling front and oil cooler inlet.
