Brief Description: Sanded Top Skin and Windscreen With 60 Grit
Sanded Top Skin and Windscreen With 60 Grit sandpaper along the base of the windscreen.
Sanded the SikaFlex to the shape that represents the natural extention of the windscreen to the top skin.
Applied a dry Epoxy and Microballon mixture, to which black dye had been added, to the top skin and windscreen juction. This was then shaped into a fillet that will support later fiberglass application.
Applied some of the black epoxy and microballoon mixture to the top and bottom junctions of the top skin and the canopy skirt on both sides. These areas have large gaps to fill prior to being able to lay the fiberglas in these areas.
