Brief Description: Super Glued 1/8" Spacers to the Rollover Bar
Super Glued 1/8" Spacers to the Rollover Bar. Ran a ScotchBrite pad over the bar areas that will by glued. This only needed to be done enough to remove the sheen of the powder coating.
Test fit the windscreen for proper contact with the spacers. Applied 2 plys of electrical tape on each side of the spaces. The tape will be the limit of SikaFlex application. One layer of tape will be peeled immediately after the SikaFlex fillet formation leaving a 1/16" gap for later application of a cosmetic layer of SikFlex should it be needed. Electrical tape was also applied to define the area for sikaFlex application to glue the windscreen to the top skin.
Papered off areas that need protection. Need to get more tape to finish taping the rollover bar.
