Brief Description: Applied Filler to Skirt Tops and Clecoed to Canopy
Applied Filler to Skirt Tops and Clecoed to Canopy to reform a seal around the upper edges. After applying glass and sanding the the upper skirt lip, gaps that were previously sealed reappeared.
Drilled holes in the aft canopy to hold the skirts in place during filling and gluing. I decided it was better to have a few holes to make the work easier and more concise and this outweighed the risks of cracks from holes in the canopy. These holes will not have anything in them after the canopy is completed so there should not be any increased cracking risks later.
