Brief Description:  Laced Forward Baggage Compartment Wires

Laced Forward Baggage Compartment Wires. Moved the Cabin and Instrument Lights Terminal to the Starboard side of the Terminals. This helped with aligning the wires and will make fabricating a cover for the wiring less complicated.
