Brief Description: Installed the TCW IBBS Master Cutoff Switch
Installed the TCW IBBS Master Cutoff Switch. The problem is that it did not turn the battery off. I suspect that the batery is dead from not being maintained with a trickle charge for the year of installation. The dual EFIS come on with the battery even though the EFISs are not turned on via the VP System. Apparently, the EFISs are being back feed through one of the power lines to the battery. As I applied power to the EFISs via the VP System, the current from the battery decreased proportionally to the current being provided by the VP System wires until it reached 0 with both EFIS powered by normal power. I conntacted TCW who said to ship the battery back and they will test and refresh the battery.
