Loosened Screws for the Electrical Bay Bulkhead to be able to get access to the ground adjustable pedal's right side floor mounted angle. To adjust the pedals in the future, the bolts as they are, cannot be removed because of the short space between the bulkhead and the angle. The solution is to loosen up the bulkhead, by removing the attachment screws, and inserting pre-positioned hardware in the positioning holes.
