Brief Description: Installed Passenger Map Light on Left Side
Installed Passenger Map Light on Left Side using a surface mount I had just received in the mail. This was a mistake! It would have been easier to drill the hole for the light and attach it with the supplied nuts. The wires would be fairly accessible in the mounted location, low concerns for future servicability. I had planed to rivet the mounts in place. This was not going to happen. There was no space to operate a riveting device. I used some Hex head #4 screws to attach the mount after I enlarged the mount's holes. This was an awkward location to attach a nut and washer on the backside of the mount. It was doable but chewed up time and effort.
Installed a small On-Off switch beow the Map Light.
