Brief Description: Checked the Canopy Frame Alignment to Fuselage
Checked the Canopy Frame Alignment to Fuselage. I clamped aluminum strips to the canopy frame so that they extended towards the fuselage and overlapped it. The frame was in the right position when the strips closely aligned with the shape of the fuselage. There was some variation in the gaps between the strips placed on each of the vertical ribs of the frame and the fuselage. The frame needs some gentle bending. The aft tip of the canopy is about 2.25" above the slider cap instead of 5/8" - 3/4". It needs bending. Will do this next.
