Brief Description: Fitted the Light Assembly to the Right Tip
Fitted the Light Assembly to the Right Tip.
Assembled the Right tip Light Assembly using the outboard light position for a 35W HID bulb and the inboard light got one of the 75W Halogen bulbs that came with the kit.
I didn't like the way that the spacers fit under the screw heads. I changed several of them and got better results but not what I expected. Tomorrow, I will try cutting the spacers with a Drumel cutoff disk. The drawings call for spacers with one end having only 1/32" angling out at 70 degrees. The spacers I cut where close to 70 degrees but were thicker then the 1/32". I'll cut the spacers thinner.
