Brief Description: Re-wired heater with Molex Pins and Plugs
Re-wired heater with Molex Pins and Plugs for ease of installation and maintenance. Made slight adjustments to the firewall openings for the heater's tubes. Altered the left heater bracket to not interfere with the installation of the baggage compartment panel that separates the rudder pedals from the baggage compartment. The center of the mounting angle bracket was removed and the angle was remade to fit the form of the heater snugger. This allowed for more space between the heater and the panel mountin hardware.
Even with the tighter fitting mounting bracket and trimmed middle of the bracket, ther was still too small a space to insert two screws to attach the panel. Therefore, I removed two of the middle nutplates and attached them to the panel instead. Now I could secure the panel but these screws will have to be inserted from the rudder Pedal side of the panel verses the others that are installed from the baggage compartment side.
