Set Nose Wheel Breakout Force to about 24 inch lbs. I was shooting for 22 inch lbs but the pulls where uneven on both sides. At the set tension, the pulls where about 23 and 24. Close enough. I still need to drill the cotter pin hole and insert the cotter pin (which I need to order). The pulling attachments I fabricated worked great. I could not see any deformation during the pulls.
Torqued the wheel axel bolt to 7 ft lbs. per instructions (5 - 7 Ft Lbs).
