Brief Description:  Shaved and Sanded the Stiffeners to Fit the Fairin

Shaved and Sanded the Stiffeners to Fit the Right Leg Fairing with enough room for the 2 plys of 9 oz. glass.

The fairings were checked for alignment with the lasar method. the accuracy was quite good. I checked the alignment again with taut strings. Once the fairing was set at the right alignment, I drilled #43 holes in the fairing, into the stiffener and inserted short sections of hinge pin material to set and hord the fairing in the desired position. With the pins, I'll be able to set the fairing in the correct position during fittings until I am able to fabricate the fuselage and wheel intersection fairings. It is these fairings that hold the gear leg fairing in the correct alignments and do it automatically. These intersection fairings are molded to the correctly aligned leg fairings and thus set the leg fairing alignment angles during future fairing removals and re-installations.
