Brief Description: Fabricated a cover for the fuel pumps
Fabricated a cover for the fuel pumps, using scrap from the altered F-866 bulkhead, onto which I will be attaching the fuel filter to the top with adel clamps. This will give me easy access to the filters for maintenance as well as give a small amount of cover to the pumps. When installed, the pumps should have about an inch of clearance from the cover to not block cooling air from circulating.
Cut the vent lines on the fuselage bottom to about 1/2" length, slightly bent forward, and cut off facing forward.
