Brief Description: Troubleshot Fuel Pump High Current Draw
Troubleshot Fuel Pump High Current Draw after obtaining advice from the Groups. They find it hard to believe that two sets of pumps from two different providers would both have high current draws. On their suggestion, I bought an inductive ammeter (bought at Sears) and was able to show a current draw of about 7-8A on both pumps. The Vertical Power display showed 16-17A. Tomorrow, I will check the inline current with my multimeter now that I know that it is under 10A ( the multimeter limit).
