Drilled a safety wire hole in the flap actuator rod. This safety wire will keep the rod from rotating too much and allowing the rod bearing end from unscrewing. This can happen if the jamnut is not tightened enough.
It took a while for me to figure out that the safety wire goes around the bolt.
Bolted the Flap Actuator to the fuselage. I had to use a small 9 volt battery to extend the actuator rod so that the Flap Actuator shaft could fit in the hole of the F-860C-L Left Aft Armrest. Hooking the Positive terminal to the red wire did the trick.
