Dimpled the seat rib assembly fore and aft.
Broke another #40 countersunk bit on the upper longeron web that is in common with the cockpit rail. Ordered two more. Will grind the tip on one to a minimum as suggested by another builder. The holes of the longeron are tight on the pilot and therefore is stressing the pilot. I tried re-drilling the holes with a #40 bit without change in the countersink pilot tightness.
