Brief Description: Drilled forward 2/3 of fuselage
Drilled forward 2/3 of fuselage including the upper longerons, interrmediate longerons, bulkheads, armrests, and Landing Gear weldments' bolt holes. It is the landing gear bolt holes is where the oops occurred. the right side went fine but when I drilled the left side, I carelessly drilled the hole just aft of the plate of the forward facing weldment leg. This should be no problem but this hole will be filled with a AN-3 bolt instead of a rivet.
Additionally, I noted a small gap between the right upper web of the upper longeron and the engine mount. I filled the gap with a shim made from 0.036" aluminum.
Re-positioned fuselage to table/sawhorse wo that I could drill the center section from below.
