Installed the AOA sensors. I used the sensors as templates for drilling the holes. The holes were dimpled with a hand held pop riveter and the Avery dimpler used with the riveter. The holes were slightly countersunk to help the screws to sit flush. Proseal was used as a sealant and the screws were tightened in place.
Installed the inboard rib elbow and connected the pitot system tubing to the elbow. I used a AN833-4D elbow, AN818-4D nut, AN819-4D sleeve and a washer from the tank construction. After flaring the tubing the connection was made with TiteSeal on the threads and torqued to 50 inch/lbs.
