Brief Description:  Repaired a Leaks in the Leftt Tank 3rd Bay

Repaired a Leaks in the Leftt Tank 3rd Bay. This had been previously repaired right after the build. The left tank was the first tank build and itshows by the number of repairs. The installation of the rear baffle was not well done based on the number of leaks that have been repaired.

The baffle seam was leaking at both ends of the repaired section. I had though that the newest leak was the recently repaired 1st and 2nd bays but they showed no signs of leaking under pressure.

Interesestingly, the rear baffle rivets on the top skin, the ones that developed blisters in the paint after the repair. are well sealed when inspected through the tank access plate.
