Bent the aileron skins using a bending brake made of a pair of 2 x 6 boards. For leverage, I used a pair of pipe clamps tha gave me quite a bit of fine control over the bending of he skins. The skin was slowly bent until the skins just barely touched the flanges of the aileron spar. The edges came out quite well. A special thanks to Mike Harris for the loan of his bending brake that he had just re-planed to insure a straight trailing edge.
