Brief Description:  Replaced the Left Tank Access Panel Cork Seal

Replaced the Left Tank Access Panel Cork Seal. Over time, It became obvious that there was a fuel leak from the left tank. Initially, there was some tell tail streaks on the bottom of the wing. Then there was the smell of fuel but no obvious leaks in the cabin. I removed the wing to fuselage fairing and saw fuel leakage stains around several of the screws. The access panel had been off and on several times during the building process and was deteriorated and badly damaged around several of the screw holes.
