Brief Description: Back to Flight Testing After Engine Repair
Back to Flight Testing After Engine Repair. The engine is smooth and subjectively seems soother then before. No problems noted during the flight. Minor adjustments of the Air Flow Ratio (AFR) knob were needed during the flight. Changes to the AFR Mapping were made on the ground for the RPM/AFR errors inflight.
Took the aircraft up as night fell. Transitioned into darkness with landings during progressively less light. Did three landings to full stops and three takeoffs. There were some cobwebs but the experience was beneficial.
