Brought the Heads In to be Machined. They will inspect all of the valves and valve seats and will replace or repair as necessary. They said they will be good as new when they get through with them. Overall, the heads look good bet there is signs of metal impacts on the #4 cylinder where the piston head broke.

Cleaned the RTV sealant from the timing chain cover edges and bolt attachment holes. There is a lot of parts cleaning to be done. All of the bolt that have thread lock on them need to be cleaned. All mating surface need to be striped of sealants and cleaned.

Ordered a new lower oil pan. The one off of the original engine block was adhered with an adhesive that was so strong that it cause deformity from efforts to remove it from the upper oil pan. Also ordered a attachment oil pump cover plate screw to replace one that got damaged during removal.

Cleaned and scotchbrited the engine mount. Corrosion converted spots that were the metal was exposed. Spray painted the mount with white professional grade high performance enamel from Rustoleum.
