Brief Description: Calibrated the Advanced Flight System AoA
Calibrated the Advanced Flight System AoA after some practice zero G maneuvers needed to calibrate the sensor. The initial feelings, sounds and the visuals during the maneuver make the maneuver seems rather radical. But after viewing video from the maneuver, the video makes the manuever appear rather tame. The zero G maneuver is first used in the clean configuration then repeated in the flaps extended position.
After the calibration, I flew along Pensacola Beach. The Weather was not so great over the inland areas but the people around here say that the Beach lives under a bubble of clearness while it is overcast or raining inland. Today, this was definitely true.
