Sanded the surfaces that will be ProSealed using 100 grit sand paper.
Countersunk each dimpled rivet hole 2 turns with thw Avery hand deburring tool as instructed by the instructional dvd to take down the rounded surface of the dimple formed in the thicker skin material. The rivets are supposed to sit better in the hole.
