Brief Description:
Fuel cap preparation for attachment
Clamped the caps and flanges to the tank skins, centering them in the skin hole , using the caps as references.
Drilled matched #30 holes in the cap flanges using the skin holes as guides.
Deburred then dimpled the skins.
Machine countersunk the flanges to accept the skin dimples.
Positioned the caps for drilling
