Brief Description: Drilled the T-407 and T-408 pieces
Clamped the T-408 Access plates onto the W-703 end ribs of the tanks. Used the plates as guides for drilling the holes for the screws.
Attached with clecos the T-407 tank ring to the inside of the T-703 rib. Drilled the platenut rivet holes with the #40 drill. Deburred the holes. Dimpled the rib rivet holes and machine countersunk the rings rivet hole to accept the rib dimples.
