Brief Description:  Preparing to install Capacative Fuel Quantity Send

Using the fuel sender plates as templates, drilled #20 holes in the tanks' most inboard and outboard internal ribs (2nd and 6th). Enlarged these holes in the ribs only to 1/4" holes with a step drill bit.

Attached the nutplates on the plates on the inboard side of the plates as noted on the drawings.

Modified the SB437-4 snap bushings using a small round file to put a notch in the collar large enough to accomodate the 18 gauge wire used by the sender.

Using a step drill bit, drilled a 7/16" holes for the vent line bulkhead fitting and the 3/8" holes for the BNC connector for the fuel sender.

Crimped and soldered the terminal connectors onto 48" wires for the outboard senders.
