Entered Checklists into the VP System. The Vertical Power System can pull up checklists for different phases of flight and for Emergencies. Using the Acknowledge Button on the stick, either each item can be checked off or an enter page at a time can be acknowledged, depending on how the system preferences are selected. This is a very convenient feature To enter the Checklist items, a USB Keybaord is connected through the VP USB port in the panel. A checklist for a particular phase is selected. Then each item of the checklist is typed in and saved. The downside of the list is that there is limited editing of the list after it is entered. You can't rearrange or insert items. If an item is added, it goes at the end of the list. If the order is not good enough with an item being added to the list at the end, then the entire list needs to be redone from the start to get the correct order. This is a bit frustrating, but workable.
